The battery drain goes out through the tranny tunnel right down on top of 
the selector, the book says for the scuttle down to the firewall opening for 
the steering shaft and thats it, I seem to remember it just connects there 
and drains down close to the slave cyclinder, but do not forget my memory is 
the same age as me !!!!! "FT"
