Knowing the attention that many members of this list pay to 'originality'
and writings / illustrations found in The Epistles of Saint Piggot, the wet
liner four has clattery valvegear. If yours hasn't, there's something wrong
with it - so adjust it until your clearances are as per the book, there are
'ticks' / 'taps' / 'muted rattles' so that you can still hear with the
pressed tin valve cover firmly in place. They were like that when new, so
why try to make them quiet (like a modern car?) 40+ years later?
