Look at it this way (the way the engineers in Coventry usually did) - if
opening the vent gave the occupants plenty of warmth in an English winter,
then it was OK for the rest of the world. In any case, where's Indiana :)
You guys always overlook these cars were made by typically British people
for a typically British style of use and climate; is it the Brits fault if
large chunks of the rest of the world liked them as well? :)) You've got to
accept the vehicles have limitations
