Excellent idea, IMO, although I've not done it yet on my Stag (and the TR3 came
with a drain plug).
Note that McMaster-Carr sells a plug with a magnetic insert, and a hex recess
(Allen) head. The recess head means nothing sticks out to possibly get knocked
off by a rock ...
