Spent much of yesterday cleaning the carbs, adjusting the valves, replacing
spark plugs and fuel filters. Both carbs had dirty pistons, and the rear carb
had a sticking needle valve in the float chamber, came loose with a blast of
carb cleaner. Car runs very good now, although the idle is still rough.
Probably will have the carbs rebuilt this winter. Thanks to all of you for
your help. I am back in business.
