Charlie,

Perhaps you should consider scrapping the antiquated triumph felt seal and
going to a modern seal.  I did and I've never looked back.  The correct
modern seal to use is CR Industries 13612. Be aware that CR makes two types
of P/N 13612. The one you need is a type EM21. (Also for this reason, beware
of cross-references to other manufacturers' seals) The CR seal should be
available from any bearing supplier.
