Hard to be certain without having the engine apart. The 'official' change
point was at engine CT21471E, but the heads are otherwise interchangeable,
so the factory or any subsequent mechanic may have switched heads. The
earlier heads take different guides even if the later valves are used, since
the guide hole in the head is larger.
