I too used TRF's Magic Carpet for my TR6 in 2003...however, I went with
the upgraded nylon. Seven years ago (before Magic Carpet), I installed
a light tan Wilton Wool carpet from TRF as part of my interior
changeover. It faded quite quickly over the tranny hump, but in honesty,
I was going to a LOT of car shows here in Fla and leaving it in the sun
with the top down all day. The Magic Carpet set installed last summer
seems to be holding up much better, and it fit beautifully on the
install. Perhaps the dyes don't hold as well in the Wilton as in the
nylon? Then again, there probably isn't a carpet in England that has
seen the likes of our sun in Arizona (Geo Hahn) and in Florida!
