All good points.  Normally there are no shims or gaskets between the
pedistals and the head but if you had your head shaved down and found the
pushrods too long (shorter ones are available from BPNW) and you shim the
pedistals to accomodate, don't do what I did and forget about the oil feed
at the rear pedistal.
