You certainly changed a bunch of stuff.  I guess we can eliminate them.

I think the next issue would be fuel flow.  Maybe the pump is not working 
right.  Do you have a filter?  Is it clean?  Maybe some crud blocks the fuel 
outlet in the tank.

I think these are next places to look.  Maybe get an electric fuel pump and 
splice it inline.  See if it works better that way.  If not, then it eliminates 
the pump, but not the tank.
