Well, the tie rod ends came today from BPNW.
Good news:
1. They look great.
2. They are made in England ("County")
3. Only $45 for 4, plus UPS shipping.
Bad news:
1. They do NOT have grease nipples.
2. Now I will have to install them (Ha!)
It might behoof me (behoove us) to do a home-made measurement of the toe-in
before/after installation.
How do I "scribe" the tire? (as in the "scribe the middle of the tires and then
measure the distance between the scribe marks on the two tires, front and
back). What exactly is a scribe?
When I take it in to the alignment shop do I just show the specs? ("0 to 1/8")
