You didn't say what was wrong with it. If it is leaking then obviously you
need to fix the leak. But if the only problem is the light is on you can
do what many folks do: pull the wire off of the switch. Bear in mind that
if you do this you should pay attention to your brake fluid level on a more
frequent basis. The purpose of this device is to warn you of a slow leak
that can drain the reservoir and leave you unexpectedly with diminished
braking.
