I just bought a 1966 wire wheel MGB, with minor rust in the front floors
but no other that I can find. The interior and brightwork has all been
removed (of course) and is in the trunk. The plugs are out, so I
haven't made it run, especially with the gauges and ignition in the
trunk, and I haven't looked to see if by some miracle it is an OD
transmission. Other than the above, it is clean, rust-free and
straight, and has a clear AZ title. The seats are there, and look
decent, but there are no door panels, carpets, top, etc. In other
words, a good candidate for restoration! I will have pics posted later
tonight, and go on vacation for 10 days on Friday (Pacific Northwest,
here we come!). After I return, it goes on ebay. Let me know if you
want to see pictures, as I will have internet access all through the
vacation time and can give out the website and password. Asking price,
$1400. End of commercial.
