Might be true for the TR4, but on the TR2-3 it goes on the rear of the
battery box, inside the passenger compartment, near the lower left corner.
There is a photo showing this, and giving exact dimensions, on page E-22 of
the factory workshop manual. There's also a pretty fair indication of the
wire locations in that photo.
TS39781LO still had the relay in this location when I got it, so I'm pretty
sure the location is the same for either LHS or RHS.
