When you say "new choke cable" are you referring to the entire assembly or
just the inner cable? If it is the latter I can't advise you since I have
never taken one apart but for the former I would suggest that you take the
ends loose at the carbs and then undo the nut behind the dash panel and
then draw the cable out through the dash. When installing the new one be
sure to feed the cable through the new nut (just behind the dash panel)
before feeding it through the grommet in the firewall. Other than that it
is straight forward.
