Tim
check out VTR website for the big three vendors for parts and good TR info.
also I believe there is good writeup there on restoring gauges if needed.

Subject: TR4 Speedometer
I just bought a 1964 TR4, and while everything works fine, except for the
speedometer, which does not work. I could use a little guidance to figure
out what the problem is and how to correct it. I can't find much about it
in the manual, and maybe because, I am also mechanically challenged, but I
am learning. Since, I need to replace the dashboard, the owner provided the
replacement, will I find the problem there when disconnecting everything all
the gauges that at the moment I find overwhelming, or is the actual cable
broken. If it is latter where I would find a replacement. Since I live in
remote Northeastern California, my local resources are limited.
Thanks,
Tim Purdy
