I used 'Illinois Bronze' Hamm-R finish (Hammered Finish) no. 322
Silver.....to do mine (hard to tell.....maybe a bit lighter....maybe the
same..) and it also works well on my Jag XKE Series I air filter hood,
can.....etc....Used to have to order it from Illinois Bronze Paint Co, Lake
Zurich, Il 60047.....but lately I have found it at Eagles Hwd.....Now Lowe's
Hwd........comes in green as well, which I use to paint the orange Fram Oil
Filters that I use, since I converted to the spin-on adapter that Moss
sells......they look very much like the original filter can color....so you
hardly notice the difference.....
