I would check your intake gaskets. I had a similar problem years ago and
noticed that the studs holding the intake to the head had loosened
causing an idle vacuum leak. It appears the bouncing and bumping will
loosen these nuts. This has become a regular part of my maintenance now
& have needed to retighten them.
PS a crows foot is a plus to get to some of the nuts.
