TSOA newsletter

I just placed a bid for a TSOA newsletter collection on eBay.  I don't want
to stifle competition, but I am bidding for the VTR/TSOA archive on the VTR
site.  Collection is for 94 issues from 1959-1981.  If I get them, will scan
and upload to complete the archives as needed.
