TRA has a policy in concours that if it is a safety issue they won't dock
any concours points for this. Many do not have (or have removed) the petrol
stop-cock because they consider it a safety issue. TRA do not dock concours
points if you don't have a petrol stop-cock. And I never got any bonus
points because I have one.
