Well, it is a LHD :-)

if you look at

they have many classics, more than likely it was someone placing a UK plate
on a NA car.

More money can be got like the racing strips on rice-burners <g>
A few more things of notice:

- There are no front overriders, I thought all '3s had them.
- Under the hood is black not body colour
- I think the valve cover is even on backwards
- the condition underneath the wrapped steering wheel would scare me :-P
