I received several replies that recommended ordering the newest TR4-6
version.

I found and ordered it at www.motorbooks.com for $35.95.

I ordered "How To Restore Triumph TR4 & TR4A" as well for $29.95.

You would think after working on these cars for 20 years I would know how...

Go Figure...
