TR3 Braking problem

It might also be the pressure separator or splitter device mounted just
above the hydraulic pressure brake switch.  Maybe it needs to be taken apart
and cleaned - then put back together again.  If you do this, have a pencil
and paper handy to make a sketch when you take it apart - otherwise you may
not get it back together in the right sequence.

Some TR owners have taken it out completely, because they thought it might
"solve" a problem.

I still have my original one in my TR3A.  I cleaned it all at 80,000 miles
when I did my restoration from 1987 to 1990 and have driven it another
60,000 miles since.  I never had a problem.
