Hi all,

Man, whod'a thunk a stupid little thing like this would be so hard to find?
:-)

Spit/GT6 heater boxes have foam gaskets squeezed to the firewall around the
intake air opening and the water pipe stubs. Can't get replacements
anywhere-- they're yet another small bit you can't rebuild a car without yet
can't source replacements for.

So, "Make yer own," you say! No problem-- IF I could find closed-cell foam.
I've hit the local upholstery shops and the "best" deal I've found is, a
50"x66" sheet of 1 1/2" foam for... drum roll please... $222!

Does anyone know of a better source? Or, if does anyone want to buy the
unused chunk? :-)
