By my standards, go elsewhere... Don't waste your time with Triumphs Only!
They won't help you unless you are in his shop.
Over the past year, I emailed three times, and even called four times
(from NY, not cheap), and got lots of lip service over the course of FIVE
Months. Each time: "Sorry, I forgot... when I get around to it... give me
a while... a couple of days... weeks, maybe next month". His business must
be booming, because he could care less about "customer service."
Even the Big 3 take the time to answer back... Jeff Marks from the
TRShopLondon even called me once "just to follow-up" (from the UK at night
taking in account the time delta) on a pre-order! There are plently of
vendors that can balance profitability with customer service, and are just
plain nice. Mark Pelham is another (we have chatted quite abit).
For my Triumph dollar, there are plenty of other "caring" dealers that are
both passionate about their business and customers, and offer fair
pricing. Here are a few, besides TRF, Moss and Rimmer (and o'course no
financial interest):
