Bill,
Just remove the driver's seat and the seat slide. Lay down on
your back with your arms up under the dash. No problemo.

especially the upper bulbs.
Any suggestions other than dropping the fascia board which I've never
done?
If I do have to drop the fascia, how big of a job is it?
