TR3 Gearbox Lube

Castrol Hypoy GL4 is recommended for TR3 gearbox and also TRF parts book says
that we should avoid GL5 that has a limited slip additive which is corrosive
to some metals.  The GL4 is hard to find and I was wondering if Castrol SYNTEC
Gear Oil synthetic 75W-90 would be a good substitute?
