TR6 Motort and Trans worth ?

I may be getting a car (a tale to tell later) that has a TR6 motor and
trans. Shape is unkown.... any ideas what it may be worth (State US or Can
money please)

I kinda need to know as a barganing chip in my favour.... like do I take it
and sell it or leave it and save "x" amount on the car
