Is there any way to remove the rear brake backing plate without having to remove the hub? Can the inner shaft and hub be pulled without removing the hub, thus allowing for the removal of the back plate (of course with easy refitting)? If the answer is no, what is the most reasonable way to remove the hub without the dreaded hub puller?
