I've replaced them. It will be really easy the next time I do it ;^).
You should be able to press them out with a vice and socket. You may want to
heat with a torch first. The worse case is that you may have to drill through
the pins. They can be stubborn but nothing that can't be done quickly with some
simple tools.
The new ones are easy to press in with a vice and socket. You may want to put
the pins in the freezer and warm the fork to make it easier but I didn't.
Others may have better methods but this worked for me and I tend to find the
hard way to do things mechanical.
