Hi Ken, I encountered the same problem when I installed my new OD transmission. Also only a movement of the slave cylinder of about a third of the possible way. In my case it turned out that the problem was only a not perfectly bleeded system. Before you're going to rebuild the cylinders make sure that there is no improvement by correctly bleeding them.
