Important to note, briefly, that there _are_ still more than a
few
metrically-challenged mechanics running brake lathes out there,
so it
should be said that the 11.4 mm printed on these rotors indicates
a
minimum thickness of 0.448".

I'm in the middle of dealing with restoring the front disc brakes
on my 3A, and wondered if anyone had the spec for the minimum
thickness for the rotors. Mine seem fine for runout, but I
wouldn't mind getting them skimmed. I know the manuals allow for
s 6thou cut, but nowhere can I find a min. thickness spec - and
I'm not sure if these have ever been lightly skimmed before.
Currently they're .4275" and .4150"
