The 63 TR3B I had in 63 had the old valve cover without the crankcase 
ventilation pipe into the intake.
Also, not that it really matters, but the STC 63 attachment under the 
manufacturer serial number plate has been discussed and some say it stands 
for Standard Triumph California. My 63B I have now also has this tag.

Its too hard to tell from the pictures if anything else is amiss, sorry.
