I am not sure as to the order of rmoval and repair, but I was given some advice by another restorer. In order to maintain the correct geometry, only remove and replace one floor section at a time. Keeping one section in place during the replacement process will keep the body square and true to the original. I followed this advice on my TR3A and it worked quite well.
