My listings show Pale Primrose (MGBs: Pale Primrose Yellow; TR3As:
Primrose Yellow) as:

BMC             YL.12
PPG/Ditzler     81499
Dupont          8319
RM              6630

Note that, in his book, Bill Piggott also uses the term 'Primrose
Yellow' for TR3As.
