TR6 WILL start!

I want to thank everyone who responded to my plea!  Yes, as most of you
surmised, I had not properly reconnected the wiring inside the
distributor.  I would have sworn I put it back the way it came apart,
but....not!  Anyway, this list is worth TWICE the price of admission.

ps. To all those who incurred similar problems as a result of forgetting
to replace the rotor, I wished I'd been so lucky!  ;)
