Took the 71 TR6 for a run of over a hundred miles with some other folks on Saturday. Toward the end of the day it was skipping some. Last night I pulled the plugs and found the #1 plug very black. The other 5 plugs were light brown and looked great. What would cause only one plug to foul? Could it be valve adjustment, front carb adjustment? Your help and wisdom are appreciated. I need to get it running right to make the 4 hour run to Lake City the end of October. Ken Waringa 71 TR6 74 Midget 74 MGB 79 MGB |
