It's almost certainly the master cylinder. Rebuilding these units at home is very much hit or miss - I've stopped doing it myself. Send them to Stainless Steel Brakes or White Post to have them resleeved - the problem is often that the bore has worn/pitted, rather than that the seals have failed, so just replacing the seals doesn't fix the problem. |
