restrictor valve

Thanks to all for the info on restrictor valves. This valve is installed on
top of the five way connector at the front of the car it is in line between
the master cylinder and all of the wheel cylinders. Bob's understanding
makes sense. I had three of the five way valves with restrictors in the
basket so I found one that looked to be in good shape and cleaned it up.
The frame is now sitting on the wheels and the brakes are in. Next step is
to replace the engine/transmission.
