Yeah, Chad, THANKS A LOT!
Whatever you said to them really impressed them. When they see this
car coming they gather all the supervisors around and put the orange
"lane closed" cone  behind me as soon as I pull into the bay!  They
compared the VIN on the door sticker to the dash plate at least 3
times, gathered for a pow-wow around the engine bay, (probably trying
to find the 4bbl Holley), then went around twice underneath with the
mirror (looking for the non-existant cat, in case I was lying and
really had one?).
Long live the legislature.....they killed the emissions program as of
July 1!
