Let me try again, I cut and pasted the Subject Line and killed the TR3 part.
One of our HCTC members sent me the following, and I thought it would be of
interest.

One other note... amusing, though only peripherally related to ABCD. If
any of you watched the Coca Cola 600 NASCAR race this past weekend, you
might have noticed a cute little commercial for UAW/GM. The theme was
"teamwork" and had a race between kids in vintage pedal cars. One car
"pitted," where a swarm of kids serviced the car and got it out on the road
to victory, while another kid pitted alone (no teamwork) and lost a tire
heading out of the pit. Cute, warm, fuzzy, and all that, but one thing I
noticed -- The winning red pedal car was quite clearly a Triumph TR-3 . I
even saw what I swear was a British flag sticker on the fender. The blue
car that lost appeared to be a '57 Chevy. Either the UAW pulled a fast one
on GM, or both of them hired an ad firm that doesn't know cars from peanut
butter.
