Steve,

Try checking out Victoria British  1-800-255-0088.  They have a 3/8" pulley 
for about $60.  I'm not sure if the The Roadster Factory (800-234-1104) has 
one but it doesn't hurt to check.  This is of course assuming you're in the 
States, because I believe 1/2" was the USA spec.
