Barry,
I am the sorta guy who loves an idea like that, as my spam seems to be
increasing exponentially. I'm willing to try it! The catch, of course, is
that it also ties up your computer for quite a while, not just theirs. A
little like cutting off your nose.... etc. etc.
If one of us had 10Meg of extra room on their website and could post such a
BMP "notice of resistance", we could download it and all use the same one.

Subject: No LBC content, just a hypothetical e-mail question -
I am getting a little tired of the SPAM e- mail ads I'm getting recently
and I usually delete them. But I got to thinking (which can be dangerous
for me), hypothetically of course, that instead of just deleting them, If
everybody answered them back with a HUGE bmp, (something like 10 megs
worth) file saying to the effect STOP SENDING THIS it might be a deterrent.
If nothing else it would tie up their server with huge files - sorry,
must be one of those mornings -
