>What works best, doing it on top or on the underside? Ken, On my TR4, I used a bubble wrap type material with a heavy aluminum foil on both sides. This available at the home center. I applied it to the outside of the cover.... in the inside of the car. I used carpet tape to keep it in place. This worked out very well and eliminated the hot foot effect on long drives and cut way down on the noise.
