Randall, hoping this does not sound dumb, but, when my car was still pos.
grd., if I would pull the carpet back in the passenger foot compartment, the
2 chassis to frame bolts would have corrosion all over them, this is also
true in my model "A" Ford with pos. grd. , not sure if this is the grounding
it was intended to be, just thats the way it is one my cars.  "FT"
