SAH were located in Leighton Buzzard, in England, and were a supplier of
various performance parts for Triumphs.  You may have one of their cams or
one of their heads installed, or maybe the PO just bought the neat valve
cover!  They were VERY reputable, BTW.  I'm not sure if they still exist - I
left England in the seventies and have not really kept up to date with what
is going on in the suppliers arena in the UK.
