If you clean enough grease away from the inner bearing race on the
inside of the hub you will see two slots (on opposite sides) that you
can put a punch on (put the punch in from the other side of the hub) and
by alternating taps knock the race out of the hub. You should be able to
feel the slots with your finger when you swab the grease out. Keep
those old races around because they can be used to tap the new races in
and avoid scarring the new races.
