No such washers on my 73 carb set, which I just had apart hunting down vacuum leak. Also took apart temp compensator according to article found at VTR website. Think your prev owner wanted to really enrich the mixture beyond specs, and perhaps also ensure an absolutely similar setting. But....I'm no expert... John |
