I've used double stick tape (Scotch tape with adhesive on both sides)
between the cover and the steering wheel on my non-LBC vehicles. Keeps
them in place fairly well and when the wheel gets real hot in the summer
time you can make adjustments to the cover if it's twisted a little bit.
It also is non-permanent (with some Goo-Gone) if you decide to go back
to the orginal wheel.
