Trevor, Rodney, and others,

The only difference between a RHD and a LHD wiper motor is the location of the
parking switch. You can use LHD wipers on a RHD motor if you install them in
the full "UP" position, which will then become the parked position. In other
words, when you turn them off, they will continue to rotate till the blades
are in the full up position, and then the motor will stop.

Although I haven't actually done it, from an examination of a wiper motor
internals, I'm inclined to agree with Rodney. It looks like it wouild be a
simple matter to separate the plastic drive gear/parking switch from the metal
disc, rotate it 180 degrees, and reinstall.

Failing that, you would need to get the drive gear form a LHD motor and
replace the RHD gear with it, or get a LHD motor.
